Coalescent Filter BGM CF
The Coalescence Filter BGM CF is designed to remove condensate and medium-sized solid particles from biogas. Each filter consists of a stainless-steel casing equipped with flanged connections to the process, for the inlet and outlet of the biogas, and a removable lid, for loading and unloading the filter mass. The separation of the condensate occurs through stainless steel filter bodies which, due to the coalescence effect, intercept and accumulate drops of condensate from the biogas flow, increase its size and weight and facilitate its removal by gravity. The condensate is continuously discharged from the outlet located on the bottom of the casing. Coalescence Filters protect equipment installed downstream from corrosion and clogging.
- Construction in stainless steel
- Removable inspection lid
- Condensate drain located on the bottom with PVC water trap
- Customizable sampling ports
Condensate Discharge Filter BGM CDF
The Condensate Discharge Filter BGM CDF is designed to remove condensate and coarse solid particles from biogas. Each filter consists of a stainless-steel casing equipped with flanged connections to the process, for the inlet and outlet of the biogas, and a removable inspection lid. The configuration of the filter is designed to maximize the separation of the condensate, which is discharged continuously from the drain located on the bottom of the casing. The Condensate Discharge Filters, in addition to protecting the equipment installed downstream from corrosion and clogging, are also installed in the biogas grid lowest points to prevent the formation of condensation accumulations.
- Construction in stainless steel
- Removable inspection lid
- Condensate drain located on the bottom with PVC water trap
- Customizable sampling ports
Gravel Filter BGM GF
The Gravel Filter BGM GF is designed to remove condensate and medium-sized solid particles from biogas. Each filter consists of a stainless-steel casing equipped with flanged connections to the process for biogas inlet and outlet. The loading of the filter mass takes place through a removable upper lid, while the unloading takes place through a side door. Filling with gravel of suitable size creates a network of random passages for the biogas which favors the separation of solids and condensation. Condensate is continuously discharged from the outlet located at the bottom of the enclosure. Gravel Filters, in addition to protecting the equipment installed downstream from corrosion and clogging, are also used as additional safety devices against backfires along biogas lines.
- Construction in stainless steel
- Removable upper lid for filtering mass loading
- Removable side door for filtering mass unloading
- Condensate drain located on the bottom with PVC water trap
- Customizable sampling ports
Ceramic Candle Filter BGM GF
The Ceramic Candle Filter BGM CCF is designed to remove condensate and fine solid particles from biogas. Each filter consists of a stainless-steel casing equipped with flanged connections to the process, for the inlet and outlet of the biogas, and a removable lid, for inspecting the ceramic candles. The ceramic candles are easily removable and can be cleaned with compressed air and then reused. The condensate is discharged continuously from the outlet located on the bottom of the casing. The Ceramic Candle Filters protect the equipment installed downstream from corrosion and clogging and guarantee the highest degree of filtration.
- Construction in stainless steel
- Removable upper cover
- Ceramic candles with customizable porosity (20 – 60 µm)
- Condensate drain located on the bottom with PVC water trap
- Customizable sampling ports
