Desulphurization Wet Scrubber BGM DWS
The BGM DWS Desulphurization Wet Scrubber is designed to remove the hydrogen sulphide (H2S) present in biogas using a water and NaOH solution as washing fluid. The system is composed of two distinct tower treatment sections: liquid jet pre-wash and extended contact bed. In the pre-washing section the washing liquid is injected with a high-speed jet via an electric pump and comes into deep contact with the biogas. In the prolonged contact section the biogas passes through a static contact bed, continuously sprayed in countercurrent with washing fluid. Both tower sections are placed on a base tank where the washing fluid is collected. The operation of the system is continuous with constant renewal of the washing liquid. The system is supplied in skid configuration ready for installation and commissioning.
- Prewash tower
- Static contact bed tower with PP filling elements
- Base tank with accessory filling and draining devices
- Washing liquid recirculation pump
- NaOH dosing pump
- Control panel with integrated PLC
- Construction entirely in stainless steel

Activated Carbon Filter BGM ACF
The BGM ACF Activated Carbon Filter is designed for the removal of pollutants from biogas by adsorption. Each filter consists of a stainless-steel vessel equipped with flanged connections to the process, for the inlet and outlet of the biogas, and removable doors, for loading and unloading the filter mass. Each filter can be loaded with different types of activated carbon chosen by the user, depending on the specific pollutant to be removed (H2S, VOC, siloxanes, etc.).
- Removable upper lid for activated carbon loading
- Removable side door for activated carbon unloading
- Condensate drain located on the bottom
- Construction entirely in stainless steel
