Washing Tower Foam Trap BGM WT-FT
The Washing Tower Foam Trap BGM WT-FT is designed to remove the foam and solid particles contained in it from the biogas exiting the biodigester. Each unit consists of a stainless-steel casing equipped with flanged connections to process for biogas inlet and outlet. The biogas is subjected to countercurrent washing with jets of pressurized water via nebulizing nozzles. The activation of the washing cycles can be manual or automated via special sensors. The washing liquid is continuously discharged from the outlet located on the bottom of the filter.
- Construction in stainless steel
- Washing nozzles with full cone jet
- Removable inspection lid
- Side inspection porthole
- Washing liquid drain located on the bottom with PVC water trap
- Customizable sampling ports
Tube-in-Tube Heat Exchanger BGM TT-HE
The Tube-in-Tube Heat Exchanger BGM TT-HE is designed to heat the sludge fed to anaerobic digesters. Each unit is made up of bundles of two concentric stainless-steel tubes: the mud to be heated flows in the internal tube, while the hot water as a service liquid flows in a countercurrent in the cavity between the two tubes. The pipes are insulated to minimize heat loss. The sizing of the heat exchanger is carried out specifically based on the sludge flow rate data, supplied inlet temperature and required outlet temperature. The heat exchanger is supplied on a self-supporting support structure to facilitate installation.
- Construction in stainless steel
- Concentric tube bundle heat exchanger
- Thermal lining with elastomer and metal sheet
- Specific sizing based on process data
